M-Series

The M-Series gimbal re-defines maritime multi-sensor system design, drawing on FLIR’s 25 years of

experience in building combat-proven airborne and maritime thermal imagers for militaries, Coast

Guards, and governmental agencies around the world. If you want to use a tougher, better-performing

FLIR, you’ll have to join the Special Forces. M-Series cameras provide four-times the thermal resolution

and more than twice the range performance compared to other systems. 2X and 4X e-zoom functions

give the thermal camera best-in-class range performance. Proprietary, patent-pending, image enhance-

ment algorithms called Digital Detail Enhancement (DDE) let all of FLIR’s front-line products see

more in the most challenging conditions.

Navigator II

The Navigator is a low-cost thermal imager designed for navigation and collision avoidance. It features

the same thermal imager found in many of FLIR's military products, and is packaged in a rugged

enclosure designed for forward navigation. Navigator is available in 3 configurations: as a fixed-forward

system, a panning only system, or a pan-and-tilt system with 360-degree visibility. High quality, long-

wave thermal imager. Automatic image optimization. Wide angle, 36 degree lens. Works with most

Multi-function displays (MFDs). Graphical overlayand. Delivers excellent imagery in total darkness,

through smoke and light fog. Requires no adjustments from the operator to reveal outcroppings of

land, channel markers, and obstructions. Provides excellent situational awareness for navigation. Pan

and Pan/Tilt models include 2X E-Zoom feature for extra range performance and added safety.
